Job Description:-
CSP
(Customer Service Point) are the Small Banking Outlet Authorised by Bank to
Provide Basic Banking Service & act as a mini bank especially in Rural /
Remote Areas where full-fledged banks may not be available.
Services
offered by an SBI Customer Service Point:
Opening new accounts, including Jan Dhan accounts.
Cash deposits and withdrawals.
Fund transfers.
Balance inquiry and mini statements.
Assistance with social security schemes like Atal Pension Yojana.
Loan recovery.
Roles
and Responsibilities of CSP –Mitra (Customer Service Point – Support Executive):
Conduct of minimum Fifty (50) visit
per month per CSP outlet
Ensure rectification of
irregularities / observations pointed out during audits / visits
Ensure infrastructure (passbook
printer / m-ATM / TAB device etc.) is functional
To monitor activities at the
CSP outlets
Any other activity advised by
the Bank regarding CSP visit / monitoring.
Desired Skills required:-
i) Candidate should own a Two-Wheeler and must
have a valid driving license.
ii) Candidate
must have a Smart phone and the skill / aptitude / quality for monitoring
through PC / Mobile App / Laptop as per requirement.
iii) Candidates
should be from the local area of the respective RBO / AO District.
iv) Candidates
should have positive attitude to perform his duties.
v) Local Language
/Read / Write / Speak and English – Read / Write
