Job Description:-
The roles and responsibilities of Field Supervisor-ATM
i) Field Supervisor-ATM (FS-ATM) will monitor performance of Field
Executive’s-ATM (FE) allocated to him/her and submit monthly performance review
to Channel Manager Coordinator / Officer nominated by DGM(B&O) at
respective Administrative Office and Field In-charge-ATM (FI)at respective LHO.
Besides, Field Supervisor-ATM (FS) will be responsible for visiting all ATMs
and ADWMs every quarter equally spread over 3 months in his/her area of
operation
ii) Verification/perusal of physical visits done by Field Supervisor-ATM
(FS) for the ATMs/ADWMs allotted and apprising the shortcomings to the concerned
Regional Manager. He/she should also make surprise visits to ATMs room /
lobbies / e-corners to ensure their maintenance, cleanliness, and proper
functioning, once a month through Channel Manager Access Card (CMAC).
iii) Monitoring HP-ESQ / OMS Tool for uptime/downtime/faults through
portals/ app and extend support to ATM Monitors to follow up with respective
stakeholders for early resolution.
iv) Ensure that physical visits of ATM are done by Field
Supervisor’s-ATM
v) Obtaining the latest Approved Publicity materials to be displayed in
the ATM room from AGM (AC) at LHO and advise the same to Field Executive-ATM
(FE) for its compliance.
vi) In addition to periodic visits, visit ATMs in case of exigencies
like installation / replacement, vandalism, fraud, fire, flood etc.
vii) Overseeing and coordinating between vendors and operating staff
(CAC/Branch) for early resolution/fixing of problems. Any shortcoming must be
rectified within shortest possible time in consultation / coordination with
controllers / vendors.
viii) Any other situation when his presence at the ATM site is warranted
including CAPEX/BLA/TOM Machines
ix) For all the ATMs ensure timely service/resolution of problems of all
ATMs in accordance with timelines/SLAs (Service Level Agreement). Feedback to
AGM (AC) at LHO, regarding penalties for breach in SLA clauses by vendors
x) To assist AGM (AC) in (a) Site selection as per location guidelines
for new ATMs (b) location analysis for existing ATMs assisting relocation
wherever warranted.
Xi) Attending to any other situation where his presence is required, as
instructed by Regional Managers at RBOs / AC Department at LHO.
xii) Any other ATM related work entrusted by the Bank from time to time.
Experience:- 2-3 Year (Preference is of Service industry, BFSI in Supervisory Role)
(CIBIL Score should be minimum 600 and should not have any overdue loan account / credit cards)Skills:-
i) Candidate
should own a Two-Wheeler and must have a valid driving license.
ii) Candidate
must have a smart phone and the skill / aptitude / quality for monitoring
through PC / Mobile App / Laptop as per requirement.
iii) Candidates
should be from the local area of the respective RBO / AO District.
iv)Candidates
should have positive attitude to perform his duties.
v) Candidates
should have the requisite experience as mentioned above
vi) Verbal and written local language skills and Read and Write English.
