JOB DESCRIPTION:-

We are hiring for a Recruitment Specialist - BFSI (Bulk Hiring) Requirement:-

• Hands-on experience in bulk hiring/ volume hiring.
• Strong exposure to BFSI hiring (PAN India)
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Ensure timely closures under strict deadlines.
• Maintain recruitment data and MIS reports.
• Conduct  interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Experience in volume hiring under tight timelines.
• Good communication & coordination skills. 
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
