Job Description :-
.Manage HR operations for the staff deployed at Clients site

Handle the complete payroll management such as collection of attendance,
preparation of payroll using software and submission of invoices to the clients
and payment follow-up.

Responsible for Clients Liaoning and handling Clients queries and day to day
interactions with the Clients.

Handling the employees grievances, deputed at Clients site
·
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
·
Responsible for Team handling, Recruitment, onboarding, and documents
verification.
