Urgent hiring for Junior Consultant (IT) @ Office of Registrar General And Census Commissioner, India for Tripura!!!

Position: Junior Consultant (IT)

Salary:  35000/- per month (Plus Travel Allowance/daily Allowance)

Age Limit:  30 Years

Qualification & Experience:  

1.       BE  / B. Tech in Computer science or Information Technology or Software engineering OR

2.       MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science or information technology or Software engineering with I year experience OR

3.       BCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information technology with 2 year experience

Location: Tripura

Responsibilities and Duties

1.     Undertake the tasks relating to the Census, 2021 and updation of NPR as assigned by the respective Controlling Officer/ Supervisor.

2.     Co-ordination with the functionaries of the respective divisions of the Headquarters Office of RGI, Directorates of the Census operations (DCOs), Data Centre located in the DCOs, Department of State/UTs, other government agencies and various field functionaries , as the case may be in the matters relating to the tasks assigned. Undertaking regular inspection and field visit for proper monitoring of the work and for ensuring quality of Data/Inputs to be provided by the field functionaries relating to the tasks assigned to her/him.

3.     Tabulation/ Compilation /Analysis of data/ inputs/ abstracts relating to the tasks assigned to her/him.

4.     The Consultant engaged for EDP, in addition to the item (1) to (3) above will also be responsible for work relating to data / entry/ processing, software computer application development, management of data dissemination, network administration etc. as assigned to them.

5.     The Consultant engaged for Map relating work will be addition to the item (1) to (3) above be responsible for implementing the Cartographic work in ORGI Headquarters and DCOs.

6.     The Consultant engaged for work relating administration will, in addition to the item (1) to (3) above be responsible for processing of Administrative / Establishment/ Accounts and Secretarial work in ORGI Headquarters and DCOs and maintenance / updation of relevant and records.
