Job Description:-
1. Risk Management & Inspections: Conduct routine site inspections and hazard assessments to identify potential risks with machinery, workstations, or environmental factors.
2. Policy Development: Formulate and update safety procedures and policies to align with national and international regulations (e.g., OSHA standards).
3. Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents or & quot; near misses & quot; to determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
4. Training & Onboarding: Lead daily safety briefings (toolbox talks), conduct worker inductions, and deliver comprehensive safety training programs.
5. Emergency Preparedness: Develop evacuation plans, organize safety drills (e.g., fire, medical), and ensure emergency equipment like extinguishers and first-aid kits are fully stocked and functional.
6. Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of audits, equipment certificates, training sessions, and incidents to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
Desired Skills required:- Industrial fire & safety, industrial safety, or HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) in execution of industrial plant projects.
