Job Description;-
1. Assist the administrative work of office of NSO (FOD) under the supervision of regular staff.
2. Perform clerical / secretarial work, drafting of correspondence of respective offices, verification of records, reconciliation of record, ESIC/EPF record verification, maintaining stock of tablets, assist in providing monthly progress report, dispatching filled schedules and any other similar work assigned.
Desirable Qualification/ Experience:-
a) Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university, OR Officials retired at least at the level of UDC or equivalent under Central or State Government Ministry/Department/PSU/ Public Sector Bank/Autonomous body.
b) Officials having secretarial/Ministerial/clerical work experience of five year in any recognized institution/office of Central or State Government Ministry/Department/PSU/ Public Sector Bank/Autonomous body.
(c) Having certificate/diploma related to MS office or basics of computer from a recognized institute.
(d) Knowledge of English and Local language where the outsourced manpower is deployed.
(e) In case of fresh candidate (s ) deployment, he/she should be from the resident district as specified by concerned Regional Office.
