Qualification & Experience:-

B.Tech. Mechanical / Rubber Technology / Polymer Science

Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience in a large manufacturing setup, preferably in Supply Chain Management field.

Preference to Supply Chain Management.

Job Responsibilities:-

Manage end-to-end rubber manufacturing processes at ASL, including MWAR and rubber compound development.

Conduct aging tests and evaluate rubber properties to ensure compliance with specified requirements.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) and rate-related documents for rubbers manufactured at ASL.

Conduct die design and product validation trials to verify product performance and manufacturing feasibility.

Coordinate with relevant teams to support process improvement, product validation, quality assurance, and manufacturing activities.
