Position: Field Monitor 

Locations: Shahdol, Sagar and Dindori 

Salary: ₹23,600/month + Travel Allowance (TA) on actual basis (maximum up to ₹12,000) and Wear & Tear Expense, Communication Cost Rs. 33,00/-

Educational Qualification:  Graduate in any stream

Work Experience:  Relevant experience in the health sector is mandatory

Key Responsibilities: 

- Conduct field visits to monitor health programs and initiatives 

- Collect and analyze data related to health services 

- Collaborate with local healthcare providers and community stakeholders 

- Report findings and recommend improvements in health interventions 

Skills Required: 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

- Proficiency in data collection and reporting
