Job Description:-

Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, coordinating, and supervising labour for manufacturing and production activities at the Vibracoustic Morinda facility. The role includes manpower planning, attendance monitoring, productivity supervision, safety compliance, and maintaining discipline among workers to ensure smooth plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Hire and coordinate skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled labour as per production requirements
• Maintain daily labour attendance, shift allocation, and manpower records
• Supervise workers on the production floor and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Ensure discipline, safety, and compliance with company policies and factory regulations
• Coordinate with HR and production departments regarding manpower needs
• Monitor labour productivity and report shortages or performance issues
• Handle worker grievances and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Ensure proper use of safety equipment and adherence to workplace safety standards
• Arrange replacement manpower during absenteeism or peak production periods
• Prepare daily and weekly workforce reports for management
